For each additional presenter, you MUST include the name, email, phone number, and affiliation in order to be included in the program.
Presentation Summary: Summary of the presentation identifying the objectives, the specific skills to be taught, and the expected learning outcomes. Please be as explicit as possible as this is the piece that will be reviewed with the ultimate decision of inclusion in the program. Summaries should be a maximum length of the equivalent of three pages (double-spaced, single-sided, 10- or 12-point font, 8.5" x 11"). Charts and graphs cannot be cut and pasted into the text box for online submission. To submit charts and graphs separately, please email them to support@holmespartnership.org or fax to 254-710-3987, and be sure to include your name, email address, and the presentation title. Proposals without a summary will not be considered for the conference program.
Presentation Abstract: Abstract with a brief description and presentation objectives as it will appear in the conference program. A maximum of 250 words typed in 10- or 12 point font is allowed. The descriptive information must include and be arranged as follows: * First, state the purpose of the presentation. * Second, describe what will be discussed in the session. * Third, indicate how the session will benefit the participants. Proposals without an abstract will not be considered for the conference program.
Presentation Description: Include three (3) one-or-two word descriptors identifying the overall theme of your presentation. Some examples are Teacher education, urban middle schools, community collaboration. Proposals without a description will not be considered for the conference program.
Other Comments/Concerns:
ALL PRESENTERS MUST BE REGISTERED FOR THE CONFERENCE BY OCTOBER 15TH OR NAMES WILL BE DROPPED FROM THE PROGRAM.
